Our school has benefitted from an Extended Schools Cluster Programme this year. Michael from iteach came to our school to show our pupils the basics of Coding. In years to come, it is predicted that there will be tens of thousands of jobs created in Ireland for young people with these skills. Our pupils really enjoyed exploring the coding apps during the lesson. A group of pupils have been learning about coding every Wednesday after school during October and November. Who knows, some of these children may one day be working in California's Silicon Valley!!
